Once a project has been confirmed and our team has started working, payments made are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
The time and resources invested in your project cannot be recovered once work has commenced.
Any advance payment made to reserve project slots, begin planning, or allocate resources is generally non-refundable after the project has started.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Any money spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads belongs to the respective platform and cannot be refunded by SMMOWL.
We manage advertising campaigns but do not control refunds issued by advertising platforms.
Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has not yet started, SMMOWL may approve a partial or full refund after deducting any payment gateway charges, consultation fees, or administrative costs already incurred.
Once project execution has begun, cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
Client satisfaction is important to us.
Where applicable, we provide revisions according to the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many external factors, including competition, search engine algorithms, audience behavior, market conditions, and advertising platforms.
